Great excitement there this afternoon .fire engines,police, ambulance, strechers, blankets , etc. Did they jump or were they pushed? :huh:

A woman plunged into the River Severn while trying to rescue her dog from the icy water.

The incident near the Shrewsbury Golf Driving Range on Telford Way took place around 3.50pm yesterday.

Last thing I heard was both woman and dog were doing fine.

Now I wonder what would have happened if her husband had jumped in?
