I've seen a few people doing this up the Wrekin.Could be something worth taking up during the post-Christmas guilt trip.

The Wrekin is usually overcrowded with people "climbing" (walking up a path) it because they don't know about the hundreds of other hills in the county, many of which are superior in many respects.
Head down to the Strettons, Stiperstones, Clee Hills, even Clunshire for a better time getting rid of the extra pounds!
