just wondered what everyone thinks about young people drinking alcohol on the streets in shrewsbury and surrounding areas - do people think its an issue or are some areas worse than others?

I used to live in Wem and to be honest I saw more of it there than here in Shrewsbury. I certainly don't see that much in the town centre (although you do get the older drunkards lolling around on Friday and Saturday nights).

Kids who drink in the street tend to do it near to local shops in residential areas and in parks in my experience.
