I am sorry but there are no duckwatch notes in this months chronicle.

I was there last week and the ducks that I saw all seemed happy enough,including the ones with the pom-poms on their heads.

as there is no news here are some traditional Clun farmyard calls:

ducks = wid,wid,wid

geese = gus,gus

hens = chook,chook

March update: The ducks are still there, I noticed as I passed by, but I only saw the 'ordinary' ones, sitting disconsolately on the river bank.

The post-office-cum-tearoom has now been sold (the post office has moved), and I know the people who ran it played some part in the ducks' maintenance.

perhaps the people from the tea-room have taken the ducks with them.

is it still a tea room?
