just a quick question, when does late night shopping in the town centre start?
also is it possible to go busking on the high street with out a license?
i could not find any information on this so if anyone could help :D

I think that it starts next wednesday(15th) when the lights are switched on.

to busk you used to have to have a permit which were free from the T.I.C. and Rowley's museum but I don't know if this still applies.
