Hello

Someone i know wants to move to a different area because she is having trouble from one of her neighbours (her daugher reported him to either the police or dwp for an offence)

We both belong to the same housing association she has said to me if i move into her flat i would not have trouble from him ie the neighbour.

Any views would be welcome.

Problem neighbours can be a real problem ;) Chances are that the neighbour would be a pest regardless of who was living next door to him.
