Shropshire Star reporting that The Maltings will be turned into luxury flats and not affordable housing. On a purely selfish, IF this happens I'll be over the moon as the area needs a lift. Beleive it when I see it though.

If they do turn it into luxury flats that would be a great boost for the area.

Although there have been many plans for the site mentioned in the past with nothing actually happening.
