Be truthful!
Are you a dieter trying to lose fat?
Chingwakabungya - June 21, 2006 09:58 AM (GMT)
I'm afraid not. I'm the opposite - underweight and trying to gain weight...

Could stand to lose a little around the middle....I like beer and ice cream too much....although not at the same time. If I didn't run, no telling how much I'd balloon up. When I was in Shrewsbury many, many years ago, I gained 14 lbs in three weeks. We ate four meals a day! Tea time was what I would call supper. Back then, all the pastries had real cream. The milk came in the quart bottles. Of course, this was 1979. Have to control myself when we visit there next year.

For some people trying to put on weight is harder than trying to loose it, I had the same problem although now in my late 20's I think I'm the size I want to be.
5'8 and 9.5 stone.
I eat breakfast, a small lunch then a main meal in the evening. I don't really do Crisps or Chocolate.

Try eating some meat you skinny veggie!!! :P
Me? No trouble with weight, never have had any. I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. I guess my body is self-regulating.

You aren't recruiting for a local branch of Fat Fighters or something are you?
