The other day i was driving round Heathgates island and sailing round with the traffic flow was this old bloke on one of those electric buggie things with a pile of Morrissons shopping on the back,i could not help but find it funny,but this guy must must have had some sort of death wish,going round there on a push bike is deadly enough,is it legal to take these things on the road?.

I maybe have seen the same or possible different person doing this before, there's no way they should be allowed to go around the island, would a large lorry see them... probably not.
