It is my ambition this year to pass my bike test and get an Harley Davidson,are there any more guys out there in their 50s preparing to do anything similar?

Since nobody else has answered, how about a GIRL who already does something similar? Being in your 50's is no longer "Old." It's barely middle aged. And getting a Harley should not be "I'm too old for this." It should be "FINALLY, it's my turn!" I'll be 50 in two months. I still ride my horse, I drive a Jeep, I go backroading, I wear jeans and cowboy boots, I've been known to make mincemeat out of rattlesnakes who invade my pasture. It's not about being young enough to do it. It's about doing what you want, and enjoying life as long as you can. And you know what they say about us old folks. The more active we are, the longer we stay that way.
