SHROPSHIRE UNFOLDED
The Monthly Magazine for Proud Salopians and Friends of Shropshire

Have you read Shropshire Unfolded?

It is a great little magazine that comes out every month and contains articles and features on the fascinating history and countryside of Shropshire

During 1998, in addition to our regular features, we published articles on such diverse subjects as Wenlock Edge, which is the remnants of a coral reef in the Heart of England; the River Severn, the County's main river which was once an important trade route; history and memories of Knockin, Claverley, Ruyton XI Towns, Withington, Saint Martin's, Weston Rhyn, Cockshutt, Wroxeter, Stanton upon Hine Heth, and Tong; legends, superstitions and customs of Shropshire, Shropshire pioneers, Shropshire's mining heritage

We sell Shropshire Unfolded through many newsagents in the County and by mail order world wide! If you've never read this publication and would like to read one of our latest editions, simply telephone 01743 891 370 and we'll tell you how to get a copy.

hello again,

the first issue was in January 1991 and it has appeared every month since(apart from a couple).
it started life as a newspaper, later becoming a magazine style.
every issue is packed full of Shropshire articles, both new and old, poems, competions etc

Proud Salopian - November 13, 2005 03:55 PM (GMT)
It sounds interesting.

Would be great if much of the information in the magazines would be at some point put onto the internet.
