Title: How To: Image Editing
Description: Free Software Link & How to Resize Image

if anyone wants to add pictures but cannot edit them for size etc then most normal commercial graphics programs like paint shop pro, photoshop etc can be used to edit and resize images by using the following methods.

Commercial software:
Panitshop Pro:

press ctrl key and S to bring up the option

Adobe Photoshop:

Go to the Image menu and choose the Image Size option

Free (Open Source) Software
GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program):

If you dont have commercial software then I recommend an open source (free) program called GIMP it is a very well regarded program in the linux (free windows rival) community and a version has been made for windows.

follow the LINK and choose the automated installer option to download the program.

Once installed GIMP might look complicated but by going to the image menu and picking scale you can resize the image to meet your needs (640 by 480 is the size that we recommend for uploading)

remember if you want to keep full sized copy for yourself, you can do this by using the saveas or save as copy option to rename and save the reduced image without overwriting the original.
