http://thewellingtonnews.co.uk/content/big...-loved-landmarkIt's Big Ben, apparently. However, Number 19 is The Gherkin. Really? I doubt it. :D

Laura's Tower/Shrewsbury Castle (esp. from English Bridge direction)
Founders Folly near Craven Arms
Ironbridge Power Station's cooling towers
St Lawrence's Church in Ludlow
Severn Bridge Junction Signal Box, Shrewsbury
Ludlow Caslte (esp. from the other side of the Teme)

Are they not having an online poll? I'd love to run a Facebook campaign for Darwin's Gate.
(Anyway, Beautiful Britain Magazine sounds like it will be about as vacuous as that Shropshire thing that sometimes comes through the door - the one that features photos of various Rotary Clubs in black tie, adverts for under-subscribed private schools and PR puff pieces for the latest piece of foodie nonsense coming out of Ludlow. Perhaps it should have a warning on the front cover Caution: this magazine contains articles by Shirley Tart. Readers may experience nausea and vomiting)

The Wrekin transmitter, Lord Hill Column, Hawkestone Park Oberlisk. Nationally, the'gherkin' is actually quite impressive if your not prince Charles as well. Ugliest ive seen in europe however has got to be the eiffel tower.
