We decided to try out our bus passes today and had a very pleasant day out in Bridgenorth,being on a bus i was able to take in the scenery,and the one thing that struck me was the ammount of fields planted with yellow oil seed rape,if those fields were used for growing wheat we woul be less reliant on grain imports,food comes before fuel.

Its all down to quality avronb, USA wheat has a far superior rating for bread and breakfast cereals its down to the big yellow glow in the sky we hardly see for clouds. and believe it or not wheat can even be used in making fuel now and because farmers have basically been ignored, it seems they too need the income are growing 'biocrops' do you blame them? . I think the time has come for people who can to grow more garden veg and even bake bread . We will have to stop using cars they are almost a luxury now down to the price of fuel. I also think you see the crop standing out because it is a dayglo yellow, wheat fields are still green now
