What happened to Di, as in Ryan and Di in the morning on Beacon Radio? Looking at their website it appears to be just Ryan now. Anyone know what happened to Di?

I was wondering that too!! I vaguely recall something being said a couple of weeks ago about her leaving but i didn't catch why or when - now she's gone!! Like you said i looked on the website yesterday and was shocked to see she's already gone. I'd be glad to know if anyone knows the reason!!!

Working in the media is a strange and unstable business and nothing lasts forever whether its your choice to leave or not...

I would agree that things are very unstable in this media,Commercial radio is perceived to face pressures from several directions. Factors include changing patterns of media consumption, resulting from new digital consumer technologies; a well-funded and strong BBC; and a structural shift in advertising towards the internet. Internet advertising has taken a lot of trade from commercial radio. So I would say Di was pushed.

Will left as he was working late nights with his own company and then getting up early to present breakfast, which don't exactly mix.

Marion has temporarily put travel presenting on hold and hopefully will be making a future return.
