Hello everybody, 1st time contributor, so here goes...
Anyone else out there sold their house and been absolutely amazed at the poor service for such a high fee?, and to add insult there is probably very little redress within the one sided contract that lays out your obligation but but fails to mention what your agent should do! Would be interested to hear your experience or opinion. <_<

Yes, very much so. I'd add in the whole cartel of estate agents, solicitors, surveyors and the rest. Bloodsuckers.
