Shrewsbury Towns new stadium is almost complete, i hear they are awaiting a safety certificate but have they, the football club , descided on a name yet or are we going to have to put up with The New Meadow? Sounds a bit boring to me. <_<

As far as I'm aware they haven't yet unveiled the official name of the "New Meadow". Probably going to be a sponsor - Ikea Meadow is my bet.

The official answer is that it has no name.
The Chief Executive of the club was on Radio Shropshire last night answering questions about the club and the new ground. They are hoping that a company will come in with a sponsorship deal to include naming the ground after them so Ikea Meadow could be on! There could be big, big money at stake here.
