Is it just me or has the motoring world gone totally crazy. It appears that the highway code no longer exists to some drivers around the town. I'm talking about the lack of indication, not using a roundabout as it should be used, failing to stop at junctions.

Its not only the bad practice which 'cheekey' drivers get away with. I wonder also that if they realise that in some town centre areas the speed limit is now 20mph. I dont think many drivers adheer to this.

I've noticed that the traffic wardens were not about at St mary's Street today. Cars were parked on the double yellow and of course when the buses were trying to load passengers it was causing terrible congestion.

I always find that driving behaviour seems to deteriorate when we have hot weather. :(
