Anyone else noticed how tired and unassuming the 'Welcome to Ludlow' signs are looking on the approaches to the town? With so much good tourist information literature published for the 2007 season, maybe it's time the signs were freshened up or even better, replaced with something which we could be proud of.
Know what you mean. Perhaps they are kept that way to keep the number of visitors down! In passing, how are the new parking restrictions going down? I hear the Park & Ride is now free.
Can't see any noticeable difference - still mayhem around the town centre. Seems to be little enforcement of 'double-yellow' parking, but with just a couple of Traffic Wardens covering the entire town it's a fair bet you will get away with it.
Take up on the Park and Ride service has been disappointing. But again this is probably due to inadequate signs on the towns approaches. There was a free period but not sure if it's a permanent feature.
